HOW DOES DRYVE WORK?
You can download DRYVE from the Apple Store (simply search ‘Dryve’) and it is currently available for iPhone only. The app will walk you through simple steps to set up your profile and you will be ready to request our car care and maintenance services for now or schedule them for later. Select your car and key location, order the services you prefer, meet your concierge who will take care of your vehicle and drop it off at the same pick-up location.
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer a wide menu of car washes, oil changes, and re-fuels. We also offer car pick-up and drop-off in partnership with select dealerships. Ask your dealership if they provide this service with DRYVE. Do you have suggestions for additional services? Drop us a line at email@example.com.
IS DRYVE AVAILABLE ON ANDROID?
Not at the moment but we are working on it! Come back soon for more updates on the Android release.
IS MY CAR INSURED WHILE WITH DRYVE?
Your car is fully covered under a comprehensive $2M general auto liability insurance policy to protect your car and others. All claims must be reported within 24 hours from the service completion. We are not responsible for theft of your vehicle or any article left inside your vehicle.
WHICH AREAS DOES DRYVE SERVE?
DRYVE is now available in Los Angeles and we are expanding fast to move into your neighborhood. We are offering our services in the Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills neighborhood. If you think DRYVE should come to your city or would like us to expand to a particular neighborhood within a city we already serve, you can use our website mailing list or drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHO IS A CONCIERGE?
Your concierge is a professional individual with extended experience in service delivery and outstanding customer relations skills. He/she will come pick up your vehicle and take it to one our partnered service providers.
HOW DO YOU EVALUATE YOUR CONCIERGE FLEET?
Every single concierge goes through a severe application review, interview, and training process. They must have a clean DMV driving record and pass a criminal background check.
WHERE IS MY CAR BEING TAKEN FOR SERVICE?
We take your car to vetted local service providers with the highest ratings on Yelp. The products used are qualified by many years of experience of the partnered service stations.
DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP PLAN?
We currently do not offer membership plans but we are planning to promote car care programs for our most loyal customers.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Monday-Sunday 8:00AM – 4:00PM
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR EACH SERVICE?
Average time for Deluxe car wash (interior/exterior) only: 45-60 minutes*
Average time for oil change only: 60-90 minutes*
Average time for re-fuel: 30-45 minutes*
*Actual time may vary upon traffic, day of the week, number of customers at the service provider
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
All transactions (including tips) are cashless via debit/credit card. You will be able to review your total price before placing the order. At the end of the service, you will receive a receipt to your email address.
HOW MUCH DOES EACH SERVICE COST?
Refuel : $7.99 + Fuel ($3.99 + Fuel, when bundled)
Car Washes (Interior and Exterior): starting at $24.99
Oil Changes: starting at $49.99
CAN I CANCEL MY REQUEST?
$7.99 cancellation fee may be charged when:
– Either you requested a service to be done ‘now’ and you cancel 5 minutes after a concierge has been assigned or
– If the service requested is scheduled, and we are within the 2 hours minimum notice required
If the above mentioned cases do not occur, no cancellation fee is applied.

HOW CAN I SHARE DRYVE WITH FRIENDS?
Share your promo code through the ‘Invite Friends’ tab within our app and your friends will receive a $20 credit. After their first completed service, we will also apply a $10 credit to your account!
