Privacy Policy Statement

Dryve Inc. d/b/a Dryve (“Dryve???, “we???, “us???, and/or “our???) collects information about you (“client???, “account holder???, “customer???, “vehicle owner???) when you use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services???), communications, or interactions you have with us. By using this site or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these terms and conditions from Dryve. Please make sure you read this section carefully and understand the terms of conditions outlined herein.

This Privacy Policy Statement does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time that information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll notify you of those changes by posting them on the Services or by sending you an email or other notification, and we’ll indicate when those changes will become effective.


Collected Information

We collect information to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services (including your Account, if you are a Member), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.


Personal Information from Client Account

We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide such data, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services or use certain Services. Wherever we collect Personal Information, we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. When you create an Account using your login credentials from one of your Social Network Service (“SNS???) Profiles, we will be able to access and collect your name and email address and other Personal Information that your privacy settings on the SNS Profile permit us to access. If you create an Account through the Services or one of your SNS Profiles, we may also collect your age, photograph and other information that is not considered Personal Information because it cannot be used by itself to identify you. We will combine this information with Personal Information we have about you.

By willingly providing us with Personal Information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Information to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Dryve and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States or outside the United States.


Information Collected through Other Sources

Dryve may collect information via a variety of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or device by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements. Cookies served by Dryve while you are on are first party cookies. Cookies served by companies that are not operating the domain you’re visiting are third party cookies. Cookies may also persist for different periods of time. We may use both session Cookies and persistent Cookies to identify that you’ve logged in to the Services and to tell us how and when you interact with our Services. We may also use Cookies to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on our Services and to customize and improve our Services. Unlike persistent Cookies, session Cookies are deleted when you log off from the Services and close your browser. Although most browsers automatically accept Cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting Cookies. Please note, however, that if you don’t accept Cookies, you may not be able to access all portions or features of the Services. Some third-party services providers that we engage (including third-party advertisers) may also place their own Cookies on your hard drive. Disclosing Information to Third-Parties

We may share the information we collect about you as described in this Statement or as described at the time of collection or sharing, through our Services and other Information-sharing channels. If you provide Personal Information for a certain reason, we may use such Personal Information in connection with the reason for which it was provided.  In case you provide Personal Information to gain access to the Services, we will use your Personal Information to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. During business development, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the occurrence of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Infromation may be part of the transferred assets. Dryve and its ancillary partners, service providers, subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Partners???) may also use your Personal Information and/or other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to better understand our users and to improve the Services. Dryve and its Partners may use this information to contact you in the future to inform you about services we deem of interest to you. Each marketing communication will comprise of instructions allowing you to “opt-out” of getting future marketing communications. We may share information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry research and analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes. We may also share this information in order to deliver relevant advertising and promotional offers to you and to other users of our Services. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us directly at the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy Statement.


Disclosing Information to Drivers

Dryve may share information about clients with drivers so that they can effectively deliver car care Services. This information includes the first name and last initial of the client requesting the car care Services, applicable Vehicle Information, as well as a photo and the Drop Off and/or Pick Up address for the applicable car care Services. Such drivers may be able to retain certain information learned over the course of providing car care Services, including after the car care Services are complete. If you are a Driver, your name and photo will be shared with clients prior to the delivery of the car care Services in order to be efficiently recognized and contacted in connection with the car care Services.


Disclosing Information to Related Companies and Third Parties

We may disclose certain information with our Related Companies for instances limited and regulated by this Privacy Policy Statement. Dryve may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Types of tasks include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments and financial transactions. When we work with another entity to perform a task of this kind, we solely provide them with the information needed to execute their specific task.


Disclosing Information to Ensure Protection

We liaise with government authorities and law enforcement officers or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may release any personal information to government or law enforcement officers, public authorities, or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate: (a) to respond to claims, legal process (including summons); (b) to protect our property, rights and safety and the property, rights and safety of a third party or the public in general; and (c) to stop any activity that we consider illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.


Policy towards Children under 13 years old

Dryve provides Services that are not directed to children. Dryve does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Services. We advise parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy Statement by coaching their children never to provide Personal Information on the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Dryve through the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


Links to Other Websites

The Services we provide may contain links to other websites and services. Additionally, the Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by Dryve. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party’s privacy policy. Dryve is not responsible for such websites or services and we are not accountable for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of those websites or services. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.


Data Security and General Practices

To maintain the accuracy of the Personal Information, as well as to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of Personal Information, we have implemented reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. When you type in sensitive information such as credit card details, it will be automatically converted into codes before being securely dispatched over the Internet.  All electronic Personal Information that we maintain is securely stored and further protected through our use of appropriate access controls.  When disposing of Personal Information, paper documents containing Personal Information are securely destroyed, and electronic files storing Personal Data are permanently deleted. Nonetheless, no Internet or email transmission is ever completely protected or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to Dryve via the Internet. As stated in this Privacy Policy Statement, in some instances we may entrust Personal Information to third party service providers (including service providers outside of your jurisdiction) within the terms outlines in this Privacy Policy Statement. Dryve reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy Statement at any time and from time to time without prior or further notice.
